COST: $50 for Louisiana residents. Cost for the course is covered through grant funding but ONLY to Louisiana Residents!  Pay the $50 non-refundable registration fee to hold your seat as seats are limited.

ABOUT THE COURSE: This equipment training (also known as Powered Industrial Truck Training) will include classroom training, as well as hands-on practical skills training on the following equipment:

• Scissor Lift

• Boom Lift

• Forklift

• Telescopic Forklift

The class will begin at 8am and depending on students enrolled, last 6-8 hours.  Majority of the course will be actually evaluating students maneuvering each piece of equipment, as well as training students on how to be a spotter.  Upon completion, student will receive certification to operate each piece, as well as a certification as a spotter.

Please remember to wear work boots (steel toe or similar) and clothes as you would on a construction site.

LOCATION: Training will be held in Gonzales, LA at one of our training facilities.  Exact building and classroom will be emailed out prior to class date.

COST: $120 - Registration fee includes credit card processing. If you would like to pay via check, please make accommodations to do so with training@absolutesafety.com. 

This course is 4-6 hours depending on class size and is through Red Cross.  If you need a different accrediting body (American Heart, Medic First Aid, etc.), please put in your request with training@absolutesafety.com

Your tuition fee will be removed after class has started and your ReBoot LA Eligibility is confirmed. All legal Louisiana residents who are 18 and older and are 1st-time Reboot LA participants are eligible.
